We require a 100% advance payment to confirm your reservation.
Your reservation and services are guaranteed on the day and time booked. Any changes must be requested

more than 24 hours in advance or there will be a 50% penalty.
Room decoration services will be scheduled from 8:00 to 16:00 hours. Any request outside of this schedule
is subject to availability and will have an additional charge.
Ro mantic Dinners are guaranteed for a time of 2 hours. Additional Hour: Q150.00

If the client does not confirm the menu for the Romantic Dinner more than 24 hours in advance, the hotel
will choose the menu for you.
Packages are not available on High Season.
If you wish to bring an additional arrangement we can place it if it is already prepared.

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance. There will be a 10% penalty for administrative fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance won't have any type of refund.
If your payment has been issued an invoice, an additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.
These policies are subject to last-minute changes and can change during High Season.
